ROOD makes furniture for the rooms where people actually gather — lounges, snugs, bars, and yes, the occasional cinema room. The places where the best hours of the house are spent.

Every piece is made to order at our Derbyshire workshop. Frames are built to the room's dimensions, upholstered by hand in the ROOD fabric and leather library, and finished with the details that give each design its name.

We design for the long evening: seat geometry that still feels right at hour three, materials chosen for how they wear at year ten, and — where the room calls for it — controls for the whole space set quietly into the arm.
